DMCA takedowns have no force in our four jurisdictions; we file them and move on. Inbound and outbound torrent traffic isn't shaped, peer counts aren't capped, and the unmetered uplink is real (1 Gbps on Starter, 10 Gbps on Scale and dedicated). For a serious seedbox you want 10 Gbps and at least 240 GB of NVMe — vps-business is the entry point most of our seedbox customers settle on.

Our jurisdictions handle DMCA differently — Netherlands and Romania are tolerant in practice (despite being EU), Iceland is tolerant in law, Switzerland requires a Swiss court order to act. We don't pre-emptively forward notices to you; you'll only see one if it's escalated by a Swiss judge or a CSAM/credible-threat case (neither involves torrent activity in any meaningful sense).
