如何验证此密钥

You should verify the key before trusting it. Four independent channels to cross-check the fingerprint A62A EDAF 647E E3E6:

1. This page, fetched over HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate from Let's Encrypt.
2. DNS — _openpgpkey.bitvps.io TXT record lists the same fingerprint.
3. Keybase — keybase.io/bitvps (cross-signed on Twitter/Mastodon).
4. Keyservers — keys.openpgp.org, keyserver.ubuntu.com, pgp.mit.edu.

If any of the four disagree with the fingerprint on this page, do not use the key and report the discrepancy via PGP.

• 每周司法令状金丝雀——/canary。
• 涉及敏感事项（滥用、法律、账单争议）的支持往来。
• 应要求提供的发票收据。
• 透明度报告发布（半年度）。

自动系统邮件（密码重置、使用提醒）不经 PGP 签名。请勿假定未签名的自动邮件具有权威性——请通过面板进行交叉核验。

密钥轮换

我们每三年轮换一次主密钥，并设有过渡重叠期：新密钥在到期前六个月发布，由即将退役的密钥进行交叉签署，并通过本页、金丝雀及向已存档 PGP 公钥的账户持有人发送邮件的方式公告过渡事宜。

若密钥遭到泄露或存在泄露嫌疑，撤销证书将立即发布于本页、上述密钥服务器，并通过下次金丝雀发布予以通告。我们将预签名撤销证书离线保存，通过 Shamir 秘密共享分割，由圣基茨公司秘书及两名非运营人员分别持有。

向我们发送签名或加密消息

对于敏感事项（涉及可识别个人的滥用举报、法律通知、安全研究披露、敏感账单咨询），我们建议使用 PGP 加密和/或签名邮件进行联系。

若您没有自己的 PGP 密钥但仍希望通过端对端加密渠道与我们联系，请在发送通过 PGP 请求密钥，我们将为此次交流设立一个临时 Signal 或 Element 房间。
